Fruitport Community Schools Bus Maintenance Facility/Warehouse Completed
This facility includes two service bays and a wash bay designed and built to maintain the district's bus fleet. These state-of-art bays afford the district the ability to fully maintain their bus fleet in house. The fully automated, drive through wash bay saves the district time and prolongs the life expectancy of the fleet. Maintenance and Transportation offices are housed within the facility as is warehouse space both at ground and mezzanine levels. Extensive site work addressed utility requirements and bus parking/routing in and out of the facility.
Oceana County Medical Care Facility Completed
- Expanded and renovated the existing building
- New outpatient and inpatient physical therapy space
- New 18-bed Alzheimer's wing with a separate entrance
- Expanded the administration and shipping/receiving areas
- Aesthetic renovations throughout the facility
Completed work on Tanglewood Park
- Transformed former D&W Food Store into a PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) Clinic. Community Access Line of the Lakeshore (CALL 2-1-1), Nutritional Services/Meals on Wheels and Senior Resources are also housed in the center. Together, these four agencies are now serving over 1,800 seniors and their families on a daily basis. The housing of these various agencies under one roof has resulted in a one of a kind facility in the country and a model for future centers.
