Story

The Exchange is a 15 story mixed-use building in the heart of downtown Kalamazoo. The building is made up of commercial and  residential spaces. The residential spaces consist of 133 apartments ranging from studios to 2 bedroom units. There will be multiple commercial tenants, the anchor being Chemical bank on the ground floor.
