The construction of a 16 story apartment building is almost complete in downtown Grand Rapids.  601 Bond, located on 601 Bond Avenue, will have 202 apartment units with the ground floor consisting of 4,500 square feet of retail space. It will also include a five level parking ramp. Completion is expected in 2018.
